Rates subject to change.

Lowest rate not available for entire rate period. Rates based on double occupancy. 9% Maine Lodging Tax applicable. Extra person rate for 16 and up is $30, under age 16 is $15. Cots are an additional $20.

Rates are based on room type and view. Lowest rate during each period applies to non holiday weekdays.

Reservations of four nights or more require a 30% deposit at the time of reservation.

Deposit to cover one night’s lodging including 9% sales tax required on all reservations. Management will not be responsible for reservations not guaranteed by deposit. Confirmation of each reservation will be forwarded upon receipt of deposit.

Deposits for cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the arrival date are refundable less a $50 processing fee. 14 days prior to arrival deposits become nonrefundable. Cancellation for any reason 14 days prior to arrival or less will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Departures previous to length of time reserved will be charged in full for reservation period.

No refunds for early departure.

No Personal or Company Checks Accepted at Check-In.

Balance Due Upon Arrival.

Minimum stays at peak times, weekends and holidays, including Canadian holidays.

Seacastles

• Replicas of the old San Francisco trolleys stop in front of the Seacastles every 15 minutes from mid-May until Columbus Day.

No Pets, Sorry.

Norseman

• Parking available for 1 vehicle per room. There are unfortunately no nearby lots for second vehicles. If you are traveling with more than 1 vehicle, please call ahead of time and we will let you know about additional offsite parking options.

Aspinquid, Seacastles

• Parking available for 1 vehicle per room.

Check-Out 11AM

Vehicles must be removed from parking areas at 11am for incoming arrivals. There are many nearby day lots available – just ask us at the front desk at check in! 

• Norseman Resort is a smoke free property. All guest rooms and exterior areas – including Ogunquit Beach are non smoking. There is a canopied area with benches in front of the hotel where smoking is permitted.

• Seacastles Resort Inn & Suites is a non-smoking resort. All guest rooms and outdoor decks, patios and balconies are non-smoking.
