This unique rental will sleep up to 12 people and rents Sunday – Sunday.  Over 3500 Square Feet.  Living Room, Solarium with attached Service Bar, Dining Room, Kitchen, Large Deck, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full and 2 Half Baths.  The Master Bedroom features 2 King Beds and offers panoramic views of the ocean.  Parking for 2 or 3 vehicles plus use of our outdoor heated swimming pool and tennis court.  Walk to the beach, walk to town, or enjoy the trolley.  Ideal Location and no other similar rental available in Ogunquit!  Linens included.  Does not include housekeeping service during stay. 

The dining room has a large table and chairs for 12.  It is located directly next to the full kitchen and adjoins the large living room.

 

The living room has ample seating.  There is a large screen flat panel TV and a DVD player.  The solarium is located just off the living room.

 
The solarium is a lovely sitting area with a beautiful view of the gardens.  There is also a service bar located here.

The first floor bedroom has one queen bed.  There is a full bath next door.

 
Located on the second floor, this bedroom has one queen bed.
This bedroom is located on the second floor with one double bed.  There is a half bath attached. 
This nautical bedroom with two twin beds is located on the second floor.  There is a full bath located next door.
The master bedroom has two king beds and is located on the third floor.  There is an expansive view of the ocean, dunes and tidal river .  There is a full bath on the third floor.
41 Beach Street is located just across the bridge from Ogunquit Beach.  It has lovely views from the Master Bedroom.  It is centrally located for easy access to everything in town.  What a lovely getaway spot for a large family, with lots of room to spread out and the extra privacy you don't get at a hotel.
